Whether this is your first or fiftieth escape room, we want you to be informed and have a positive experience! Below are some of our most frequently asked questions. If you have any additional questions don't hesitate to reach out.
Are we actually locked in the room?
NO! The door to your room is never locked and you are free to come and go as needed.
How early can we arrive?
We suggest arriving 10-15 minutes before your booking.
What is the refund policy?
We offer full refunds up to 24 hours before your booking. Once within 24 hours of your booking a full credit is provided for future games. You must call to make alterations to your game.
Can we have hints or clues?
YES! An experienced game-master will be watching over your room to guide you if needed. Players are able to request clues!
Can we bring our belongings into the room?
We have secure lockers in our lobby area for you to store your belongings safely while you play, but if you prefer to keep your belongings with you we don't mind.
How old do you have to be to play?
Our games are all family-friendly, but we suggest players be at least 10 years of age to be able to fully participate in and engage with the puzzles. We will leave this up to your discretion.
Can I use my cell-phone or take photos while in the room?
You're welcome to carry your cell-phone into the room, but we ask that you refrain from using it or taking photos while in the room.
Do I need to sign a waiver to play?
Yes, all players must sign a waiver before participating. Please review our wavier here.
